Poor customer serviceI’ve had a long and frustrating experience with this platform’s customer service. Despite being a Pro member and reaching out multiple times about ongoing issues with basic features, I received little more than dismissive responses. The support team showed no real interest in resolving the problems and simply suggested switching to a beta version—something that’s still in testing—just to access features that should already work with a paid subscription. They gave a 1-month reimbursement as a “good faith” gesture but ignored the fact that the issue has persisted for 12 months. Most recently, support told me to try the beta version—something they call optional on their site—as if that’s an acceptable fix. It's incredibly disappointing to pay for a service and not receive the value promised, especially when concerns are continuously brushed aside. Asking paying users to depend on a testing version for basic functionality is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and refusal to offer proper compensation has completely eroded my trust. I expected better. Sadly, this experience has made it very difficult to continue supporting this platform.

Poor customer serviceI’ve had a long and frustrating experience with Erank’s customer service. Despite being a Pro member and reaching out multiple times about ongoing issues with basic features, I received little more than dismissive responses. The support team showed no real interest in resolving the problems and simply suggested switching to a beta version—something that’s still in testing—just to access features that should already work with a paid subscription. What’s worse, after 12 months of these features not functioning properly, they refused to offer any kind of credit or compensation. It's incredibly disappointing to pay for a service and not receive the value promised, especially when concerns are continuously brushed aside. Loyal customers should not be treated like this. Expecting users to troubleshoot with unfinished versions instead of fixing the core issue is unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has made it very difficult to continue supporting this platform.
